REIKI AFTER-CARE
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and tired energies. Increasing your water intake for the rest of the week will help sustain the healing flow of energy.
Take it easy for at least 20 minutes after your session. Relax, be mindful, and avoid jumping back into stressful activities (work, social media, etc.).
Eat healthily for the next 24 hours. Avoid processed foods, sugars, alcohol, and tobacco, as these can deplete your energy and dull your senses.
Pay attention to your feelings during this time. It's normal to experience heightened emotions or for things to come to the surface for you to process.
Start a Reiki journal to record any thoughts, insights, or physical sensations that arise after the session. This can help you track your progress and experiences.
