REIKI AFTER-CARE

  • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and tired energies. Increasing your water intake for the rest of the week will help sustain the healing flow of energy.

  • Take it easy for at least 20 minutes after your session. Relax, be mindful, and avoid jumping back into stressful activities (work, social media, etc.).

  • Eat healthily for the next 24 hours. Avoid processed foods, sugars, alcohol, and tobacco, as these can deplete your energy and dull your senses.

  • Pay attention to your feelings during this time. It's normal to experience heightened emotions or for things to come to the surface for you to process.

  • Start a Reiki journal to record any thoughts, insights, or physical sensations that arise after the session. This can help you track your progress and experiences.
