TIPS TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR REIKI SESSION

BEFORE A REIKI SESSION:

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.

  • Wear comfortable clothing to help you relax.

  • Ensure you use the restroom before our session.

  • Turn off your devices or put them in ‘airplane mode’ to avoid disruptions.

  • Refrain from caffeine, sugar, or alcohol a few hours prior to our session.

  • Have water nearby to drink after the session for hydration.

  • Keep a blanket close by in case of any temperature fluctuations during the session.

  • Try to relax your mind and body as much as possible.

  • Note any physical or emotional areas you want to focus on during the session.

  • Clear your mind of expectations and defined outcomes, and remain open to the experience.

  • Although we may focus on a specific intention, trust that you will receive the highest form of Reiki for your greatest good—mind, body, and soul.

  • Remember, Reiki energy is gentle, safe, and intuitive. It will flow where it is needed and can do no harm.
